This 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home in the heart of NoMad was a challenging project for our team, but we happen to think the results were well worth the struggles.

Custom millwork, a modern kitchen, the addition of a central air conditioning system, and a true master suite were all key components that contributed to adding value to this home. Our team utilized the existing structure of the Prewar beams to add recessed lighting without sacrificing ceiling heights throughout. 8” wide plank wood floors and new windows all contributed to making this a modern, stylish and comfortable home in an original Stanford White building.
