This apartment was in estate sale condition when our clients purchased. Our team beautifully transformed the space to achieve modern living sensibilities, while still maintaining the character of the Prewar apartment.

One of our favorite aspects of the project was repurposing old church paneling found in sections of the Dining Room for the Foyer and painting it to blend in with a more contemporary aesthetic. The addition of an original fireplace surround from The Carlyle Hotel was also a great find by our client to add historic beauty to the Living Room’s wood-burning fireplace.
